Our building is sub-metered by unit, so your bill Is not affected by how much your next-door neighbour uses!
Yes, you can put in a request for a specific roommate, and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Roommate matching is a part of the application process, and we want to ensure you have the best experience living here. We’ll ask you a few questions and do our best to match you with a student who has similar interests.
All roommates must complete a roommate agreement together so that we can establish unit expectations for cleanliness, common space use, and anything needed to help you all feel safe and comfortable at Laurent!
Yes, it is. At Laurent, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable living experience for all students. Tenants can request gendered or gender–inclusive housing at the application process. Talk with our leasing team if this is important to you!
We love animals too, but there are no four-legged friends are allowed at Laurent. However, all service animals are welcome.
Rent is due the 1st of every month. Rent can be paid via your resident portal on RentCafe. Payments can also be made directly to the leasing office via cheque, bank drafts, or money orders. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
