- You must be a post-secondary student to live at Laurent Student Housing. Bedrooms are single occupancy only.
- Walk ins are welcome – stop by to see us!
- Our hours are 9-6pm Monday to Sunday.
- Paid parking is available at the Impark lot next to Campus Tower Suite Hotel (Impark Lot #270). There is also ample street parking in the area.
- Laurent is also accessible via public transit to University LRT Station or the bus stop on 112 Street and 86 Avenue.
